Upcoming Events

The “More in ‘24” Worksite Wellness Conference and Awards at the Waterfront Botanical Gardens was a full day of connection and learning with a healthy dose of fun. The gardens offered the perfect setting for attendees to unwind, recharge and connect with nature. Heather Yerrid delivered a powerful keynote address on Conscious Leadership, setting a transformative tone for the event. Her session delved into mindful leadership practices that foster healthier, more resilient work environments. Attendees left with actionable insights on leading with intention and compassion, vital for driving positive change in their organizations.

The conference also featured interactive workshops that engaged participants in hands-on learning experiences. Brian Buford's workshop focused on nurturing emotional intelligence in the workplace, providing thoughtful and practical strategies for creating a more supportive environment, all while allowing participants to play in the dirt as they potted their own plant. A workshop facilitated by Kristen Klimchak highlighted the importance of incorporating initiatives and resources from across your organization and in the community to build a unique and wholistic culture of wellbeing.

The conference culminated in the awards ceremony, celebrating companies in our local community with outstanding achievements in worksite wellness. Congratulations to all the award winners for their exceptional dedication to promoting health and wellness within their organizations.

And finally, a heartfelt thank you goes out to our sponsors, whose support was instrumental in making this event possible. Their contributions not only facilitated a seamless conference experience but also underscored the importance of corporate commitment to workplace wellness. The 2024 Worksite Wellness Conference and Awards was more than just an event; it was a call to action to do "More in 24" — more wellness, more leadership, more inclusion, and more growth. We look forward to seeing the positive impacts ripple through workplaces everywhere.

Our Programs

Wellness Conversations and Workshops

Each month we facilitate peer learning events that address a variety of worksite wellness topics including program strategies, such as how to do HRAs properly and what to do with the data, chronic diseases, such as diabetes awareness, and financial wellness. These events are typically held in person on the third Thursday of the month from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, but we mix it up quarterly to get out in the community for different experiences.
